Menu for September 5th

Island Grilled Jerk Chicken

Bone in or skinless boneless chicken breast, marinated in our housemade jerk sauce and fire grilled. Served w/ brown rice & peas and Jamaican sautéed collards and kale. 

Cobb Salad w/ Shrimp or Chicken

Fresh grilled Tiger Shrimp or Chicken, fresh chopped romaine, nitrate free turkey bacon, roasted corn, heirloom tomatoes, chopped egg, w/ your choice of low fat ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Turkey Bolognese – Low Carb

Fresh ground turkey in a housemade low-fat fresh tomato marinara, w/ fresh basil, over zucchini noodles, finished w/ freshly grated parmesan. 

Jerk Grilled Veggies

Zucchini, asparagus, portabella mushrooms, and peppers marinated in our housemade jerk sauce and fire grilled. Served w/ brown rice and peas and Jamaican sautéed collards and kale. 

Vegetarian Bolognese

Fresh portabella and dried porcini mushrooms in our housemade low-fat tomato marinara w/ fresh basil, over zucchini pasta. Finished w/ fresh parmesan cheese. (Gluten Free & Vegan w/o cheese, request it in order notes)

Island Grilled Jerk Salmon (Sold Separately) 

Fresh never frozen Atlantic Salmon, marinated in our housemade jerk sauce and broiled. Served w/ brown rice & peas and Jamaican sautéed collards and kale.
