Moroccan Chicken or Shrimp - Traditional Harissa seasoned chicken breast filet or tiger shrimp, fire grilled, served over whole wheat herbed couscous and Tuscan braised kale. GF w/o couscous
Fajita Burrito Bowls - Chipotle lime marinated tiger shrimp, chicken breast, steak (upgrade), or ground turkey, fire grilled, served over roasted peppers and onions, roasted corn, black beans and cilantro lime brown rice. Served w/ fresh pico de galo and cilantro lime crema.
Famous Turkey Meatloaf - Fresh ground turkey blended w/ a secret herb and spice blend finished w/ a sweet and tangy glaze. Served w/ chipotle smashed sweet potatoes, and lemon shallot green beans.
Teriyaki Salmon (Upgrade) - Fresh salmon basted in our housemade, low fat teriyaki sauce then broiled. Served over ginger brown rice & quinoa w/ asian stir-fry veggies.
